Children’s Minister:
Preston Ridge Church is seeking a full-time Children’s Minister to lead and grow our ministry to children (birth–5th grade) and their families. This leader will create gospel-centered environments, equip parents, and build volunteer teams that disciple the next generation. This position will report to the Senior Pastor. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Sunday Morning Ministries
• Lead and oversee Children’s Life Groups (birth–5th grade).
• Plan and coordinate Children’s Worship Hour during the main worship service.
• Ensure engaging, age-appropriate, gospel-centered teaching.
Midweek Ministry
• Lead Wednesday night children’s outreach programs during the school year.
• Create engaging programs that reach both church families and the community.
In addition there would be job responsibilities with Volunteer Leadership, Ministry Planning & Events, and Administration & Stewardship.
