How healthy is your program? Join fellow early childhood leaders for a lunchtime pulse check on the trends impacting church-based preschools and childcare programs. We'll discuss what's elevating stress levels, what's fueling growth, and what indicators leaders are watching most closely as they navigate today's challenges and opportunities.

Monica Healer is the Executive Director of the Early Childhood Christian Network. She has a broad range of experience in Christian early childhood care and education - from classroom teacher to administrator. She hosts the Reimagine Childhood podcast, equipping educators to nurture young children through developmentally appropriate practice with faith at the center.
