LeaderQuest is the Collin Baptist Association training program for pastors, staff, and lay leadership. The training consists of seven half-day sessions, each focusing on two of the leadership skills that have been taught to so many during the last five years. The sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude with lunch each time.
The skills topics are as follows:
Vision/Life-long Learning - Team Building/Authenticity - Execution/Emotional Intelligence - Change Agent/Character - Communication/People Skills - Developing Leaders/Emotional Health - Managing Conflict/Tier Church Growth
Teachers for these sessions will be LeaderQuest grads and leaders who are getting the job done in a local church or ministry. In addition to this training, each participant will be given the Birkman Evaluation Tool to determine how he/she reacts to normal and stressful situations in their life.The cost for all sessions, materials, lunch, and a LeaderQuest shirt is $149 per person.
