"Check-Up" is a process that looks at your current organization and facilities, the demographic possibilities and suggests steps that could help you be more effective in the future.
- C--consultation with the Pastor starts the process.
- H--home visit to the church to observe Sunday morning activities.
- E--evaluation of facilities.
- C--consideration of the existing organization.
- K--knowledge of local demographics that will affect your church.
- U--understanding of the recommendations made by your consultant.
- P--presentation by the consultant to your church leadership to explain the recommendations that have been made.
At the conclusion of the process, the consultant is available for additional support as needed. This can be done by phone or a visit to church leadership.
There is no charge for this service to the churches of Collin Baptist Association. Funding for this ministry is provided through the financial contributions made by affiliated churches to Collin Baptist Association.
