LeaderQuest  ETC Equipping Leaders, Transforming Lives, Changing Churches   Collin Baptist Association is excited to offer Collin County churches some of the finest leadership training tools available.  This training is being offered to the pastors, staff, and laymen of Collin Baptist Association churches in the spring and the fall of each year.   The training will be offered in five phases:   Phase 1:  Birkman Evaluation--A profile will be taken online prior to Phase 2 training, then a certified consultant will help you evaluate the results   Phase 2:  Leaders Summit--Training in the twelve skills that every leader must possess (what a leader does and who a leader is)--3 consecutive days   Phase 3:  Conflict Management--Learn how to communicate with tact and skill and how to stay calm and productive in any situation and create a more positive environment--A one-day seminar   Phase 4:  Tier Church Training--Naviagating the Barriers of Growth--Learn how the size of the church affects various leadership issues and how to lead your church beyond the growth barriers--A one-day seminar    Phase 5:  Coaching--The opportunity to be coached for one year by someone who has already gone through the training   LeaderQuest can change your life!  For those in ministry it will help you get a better handle on accomplishing your role in the church.  For those who are laymen, it will help you be a better employee, manager or business owner.  It will also help you be a better church member and leader in your church.   New Format!  Course Can Be Completed in 3 Days!   Dates of next LeaderQuest:  November 3-5, 2009         Prior to November 3                Birkman Evaluation (online)         Tues, Wed, Nov 3, 4                Leaders Summit         Thurs, Nov 5 (morning)            Conflict Management         Thurs, Nov 5 (afternoon)          Tier Church Training   Cost:               $249 for first person from a church               $229 for second person from same church               $199 for third person from same church   For more information, contact Rick Ballard or Larry Vowell.
